Caring for Your Jewelry

To keep your Verra Mariya pieces looking their best:

• Avoid prolonged contact with perfumes, lotions, sunscreen, bleach, and other harsh chemicals.
• Remove your jewelry before swimming in chlorinated pools or using strong household cleaning products.
• Clean gently with a soft cloth and mild soap and water whenever needed.
• Dry thoroughly after cleaning or exposure to water.
• Store each piece separately in a jewelry pouch or box to help prevent scratches.
• Avoid contact with rough or abrasive surfaces that may affect the finish.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Verra Mariya piece.

Every order is carefully prepared before it reaches you. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within five (5) days from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a return, your item must:

• Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
• Include all original packaging
• Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you if it has been approved.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Earrings
• Personalized or custom-made jewelry
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

Need a different size or changed your mind? We gladly accept exchanges for another size or style within 15 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after your returned item has been inspected. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
